Terms and Conditions – Promotional Discount “Flyer10”

The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the use and redemption of the promotional discount code “Flyer10” (“Offer”) provided by Momentum Packaging Inc. (“Company”).

  1. Eligibility
    This Offer is available exclusively to new customers of Momentum Packaging Inc. who have not previously placed an order. The Offer is limited to one-time use per individual or business entity. Resellers and distributors are not eligible.
  2. Offer Details
    Upon entering the code Flyer10 at checkout, eligible customers will receive a discount equal to ten percent (10%) off the total value of their first order (excluding taxes, shipping fees, and any additional surcharges), up to a maximum discount of five hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $500).
  3. Limitations and Exclusions
  • The Offer is valid on eligible packaging and supply products only.
  • The Offer does not apply to custom tooling charges, expedited production services, third-party freight surcharges, or other non-product-related fees.
  • The Offer is not valid on prior purchases and may not be combined with any other promotions, discounts, contract pricing, or special quotes.
  • The Company reserves the right to exclude certain products or categories from the Offer without prior notice.
  1. Redemption Requirements
    To redeem the Offer, eligible customers must enter the code Flyer10 at the time of checkout through the designated online platform or mention the code when placing an order via phone or email. Failure to do so at the time of order will void the applicability of the Offer.
  2. Modifications and Termination
    Momentum Packaging Inc. reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend this Offer at any time, in whole or in part, without prior notice and for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, abuse, or technical issues.
